Aaaaawkwaaaaard

I babysat the babies tonight. I had to change Elizabeth. She was being really playful and cute right before the changing. She was dancing and running around with her brother and sister. (This was before she fell off a chair and bit her lip and bled a lot. Let's not talk about that.) She was lying there naked (obviously) with her legs in the air, and all of a sudden, I hear, "Oh oh oh. oh oh ooooh. oh oh." Wondering what that was? Check out the video.

Yes. My 20-month-old niece was singing Single Ladies by Beyonce..... I feel so awkward with a little baby singing Single Ladies while being pantless right in front of me. I laughed. She giggled. Then I cried just a little bit because she was so cute.

In fact, she had been singing it during Alvin and the Chipmunks and her mom had to take her out because people were glaring. What I want to know is WHAT DID THESE PEOPLE EXPECT? It's a children's movie. Hello?!? Kids talk in movies. She is wittle. Give her an effing break.

I love this child.

There is never a dull moment when kids are around! It's great!

I'm fairly certain that pantless is the only way to sing Single Ladies.

We let Anthony sing Eye of the Tiger on Rockband and it's awesome. I love when little kids know the words to songs.

Cuuuuute.

Also, what the heck to the people in the theater. I'm with you: what did they expect?

we just took the 2-1/2 year old to princess and the frog. i shushed her when she was loud but i did not think twice about it - it's a kids' movie!

she just brought the mini guitar hero in to play me music. i love having a little girl.

Are you serious! Haha. That is the hilarious. And people in movies are ridiculous. It's freakin' Alvin and the Chipmunks! A 20-month-old can sing Beyonce if she feels like it.

oh cute! what a sweetie.

argh. that's another fine example of stupidity: people who get mad at children for making noise in a children's movie. my stars ... common sense, people!

I just watched that entire video. How the hell does she stand on those heels and do that thing with your pelvis (like you are only supposed to do during an OB exam or something). Cute post. Do you remember the Baby Got Back Friends episode? It makes me think back. Thanks for your comment!

I don't know how she does it, but I've definitely tried to do it MANY times.

Ok I'm sorry but just watching this music video makes me feel so awkward. I can't stop looking at those HIPS! I mean wow, doesn't it seem weird they are just out in the open like that to watch shake around online? Then forever I couldn't figure out the robot hand.

OK so my comment isn't really relevant but that is pretty funny the lil' baby was singing this. Hope she doesn't dance like this too.

I woke up the other morning to my 20 month old baby in her room singing at the top of her lungs "We will, we will rock you! rock you." Only it was Wock you, wock you.

Thank you Rockband.
